The Detached ADU 1,200 Sq Ft. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, kitchen & living area. The Backyard unit doesinclude covered patio, solar system, A/C control unit, furnace and new gas, water & electric meters.

The ADU unit has a separate address and entrance from the street. The design include Master Bedroom with master bathroom and 2 bedrooms with another complete bathroom with separate yard.

The design process took 2 months and construction process took 4 months.
